Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

Our international delivery rates and dates are calculated depends on the item size, weight and destination. Depending on the shipping address, the delivery time may very as well. The charges will be reflected on the checkout page or will be shared accordingly as per the order value and country. 

If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at the checkout or at the time of the delivery. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or other fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

Items that are marked as location/availability inside the U.A.E will be delivered within 3 business days whenever shipped and received from the source. This will be mentioned in the location field in the product details page.

Items with international location (outside the UAE) will be shipped and delivered within 7 to 10 working days (depending on the location).

Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to amend the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.

A signature might be required on delivery, and someone else can sign for the package if necessary.

If you are not home to receive the delivery, our courier will re-attempt delivery on the next working day.

Shipping

 

Domestic (UAE) Delivery: 3 – 5 working days.

International Shipping: 7 – 10 working days.

 

Same day deliveries must be placed before 5pm, and within Dubai only.

Duties & Taxes

 

Delivery fees do not include import fees (duties and taxes), which may be applicable depending on the destination of your order. Sole Park is not responsible for any duties and taxes. 

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via insured mail post. Please contact us with any questions: info@sole-park.com Please note that we do not cover the cost of duties or taxes for their respective territories.

 

 

Order Tracking

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email containing all details of your order. Once your order is prepared and ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which contains your tracking number.

Damages Items  

Sole Park is not liable for any shoebox damages during transit. All products and packaging are carefully inspected before they are being dispatched. Damages are to be directly reported to the courier/shipping partner. If you believe you received the wrong product, please clearly explain the mistake via email to info@sole-park.com.

Returns

Sole Park accepts returns on domestic orders for store credit only on items purchased at info@solepark.com. Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of receipt and will only be accepted within this time frame. Once items are received, they will be rigorously inspected for condition to ensure the new item is unworn and to confirm that our sole tag is attached. If sole tags are not attached and condition is not deemed to be unworn, store credit will not be issued, and the return will not be honoured. Returns may take up to 5 business days to process. Store credit will be made available for the product price paid for the item on the account used to place the original order less a 10% restocking fee and return shipping. Store credit is available to use only on info@sole-park.com and its non-transferable.

Refund is not allowed.

Store credit can be used in form of promo code as well allocated for a user on checkout.

Every item comes with an authentication label tag or sticker attached by Sole Park fulfilment team “depends on its nature and the package”, if removed, the item cannot be returned. 

For international orders, all sales are final except in cases where there is a fulfilments error by info@sole-park.com

All promotional items are Final Sale.  

Cancellation

 

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us info@sole-park.com before the shipping confirmation and provide the order number. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, then your order is already out for delivery. You can process the return of the items in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Please read our return and refund policy for more information.

If a cancellation request is submitted while an order is being fulfilled in our Store then the request will be declined.

Pre-order

Pre-order items are limited to one pair per customer. Orders placed for Early Access items are not guaranteed until tracking information is confirmed.

Early access items will be flagged with the pre-order feature.

In Store Pick Up Order

To collect your order from our store, you will be required to show confirmation email with any Valid ID (passport or driving licence) and sometimes payment card used for the order.

In-Store only

In store only items are part of our collection, but not available on sale online (through the website or other online channels), you can check these items physically at our Store or you can email us: info@sole-park.com for more info and details regarding the items and the pricing.
