Refund Policy

  • Return & Refund Policy

     

    • Our exchange period is 2 days after the date of purchased, and valid only for 1 time exchange.
    • We do not issue cash or card refunds. Please note that we issue a refund only if the item you ordered is out of stock and we can no longer fulfil it.
    • Shoe Items must be return or exchange unused and undamaged with the original packaging included.
    • Shoes are tagged with Sole park Authentication tags . Please make sure these are attached in both shoes when exchanged. If removed, the item will not comply with our exchange policy and will not be accepted.
    • For clothing, accessories and collectable Items are not eligible for return, all sales are final.
    • If your return is not accepted, you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.
    • For international orders, all orders are final. In an unlikely event if the shipment you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at info@sole-park.com
    • Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Sole Park.
    • Any duties and taxes that may occur will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted schemes cannot be exchanged.  

    IN STORE Policy Purchase 

    • Any items purchased in store that you wish to return are only eligible for store credit, with validity of 2 days from the date of purchase. You are also entitled to exchange your items only in 1 time.
    • Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchange.
    •  For accessories and collectable items, they are not eligible for return all sales are final.
    •  For hygiene reason, clothing products are not eligible for return.
    • All sneakers must be brought back in their original condition with their original sneaker box.

     

    Cancellation 

    Our fulfilment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, Sole Park reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order time frame at any time. We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfil and have refunded.

    Refunds

     

  • Sole Park does not offer cash refunds. Any refunds made, will be done through store credit only and applies to sneakers only.

    Exchanges

    Products can only be returned or exchanged once. Once a credit note has been issued and utilized, no other credit note can be issued under the same exchange.

    Please return the items in the same conditions in which received. Any returns that do not meet our returns policy will not be accepted.
